i need a new phone, and have seen £15 month deals on the motorola defy and the blackberry curve 8520...
any ideas which is besterest?
I've got a Blackberry Curve 8520 as a work phone. Its great for e-mail or if you do a lot of texting but not having 3G means it's really slow if you want to browse the internet, battery life is also brilliant and the camera is not the best. Mine is locked so I can't put 3rd party apps on it so I can't comment on that side.

They're different. Which is best depends what you're after.
From those two, for web use, and apps etc. I'd go for the defy. But I'd not get a blackberry unless I had to for work or was a teenager wanting to BBM all my friends...
leaning towards the defy as i have a tendency to wreck phones and its touted as a bit tougher than normal?!

oops mines a 8900 😳 Looking at those two i'd go for the Defy.
