BB, phone and mobiles all with TT for several years
BB regularly exceeds their advertised speed for my area
Mobile service is provided by Vodaphone but IIRC TT have been looking at O2 for the next contract
Occasional difficult-to-understand service centre operator, but I think that's similar to many large companies, and the TT operators are all helpful

Legendary for their poor customer service when it all goes wrong. Incompetence with the simplest things e.g continuing to deduct money from the bank account after the contract was formally cancelled and ended after the notice period. A cancelled phone line that is still live 6 months after the contract ended!!
Caveat emptor

I've been with TT for 5 years now with no problems at all.

You'll find scare stories for all the major suppliers.

I defected to Plusnet from Talky Talk after reading about fantastic service, then they were bought out by BT... the other end of the service scale.

I've come to the conclusion, comms companies are all pretty similar from a service perspective; inept.
