[Closed] Taking the dog abroad question

We are taking our dog abroad again this summer, she has a passport and all the necessary jabs. Only diffrence this year is that we are coming back as foot passengers from hook of holland to harwich at the end of a train and walking holday in the alps. We are a bit unsure about where to get the jabs done before we return to UK - potentially we could find a vet in Hook 24hrs before we leave as per the rules but were just wondering if anybody has done this before? As we are on a long trip its tricky to nail down dates when we know where we;ll be, and then finding a vet
