Just did my 2nd day this week. Only managed 2 sets of 8.

Anybody else doing it?

Yep been doing it for 2 weeks now, if you managed 2 sets of 8 in one session you are doing very well.

I'm not starting from Scratch, 2 seasons Cat 3 with some hard training, but this is incredibly tough!

I've been doing it for the last couple of weeks but struggling with it. It's bloody hard and I am only on a relatively easy routine at the moment.

Good stuff though.

Google for more info there are loads of articles about it , be warned if you try it don't think it's going to be easy, at the end of most 14 minute sessions I can hardly speak.

Two sets of 8? I thought it was five min warm up, 7*20 second balls out max efforts and then cool down.

Two sets of 8 separated by a 1 min warm up is recommended for pro athletes.

Basic
10 Minute Warm Up - and make sure it's a good warm up

20 Seconds 100% Effort
10 Seconds Rest

Repeat 6-8 Times

10 Minutes Cool Down

Curl up into a Feotal position and cry.

Fit - Do 2 Sets
Very Fit - 3 Sets

The protocol states 5 mins warm up and cool down, I'd also say to do two sets + you need to be very fit, the basic protocol is for fit people.
