Is there some part of employment law I can use to stop several members of staff singing along with the radio when either:
1) They don't quite know the right lyrics, but are quite happy to make them up as they go along, or
2) they can't sing, or potentially the worst of all, a combination of both..?
tell them they have to pay for the PRS Karaoke licence.
I have this problem with my wife. I do not think employment lawe will solve that though.
You could claim provocation. That would reduce a murder charge to manslaughter and with good behaviour you could be out in 10 years.
😉
The way I see it, you have three options.
1 - Kill yourself
2 - Kill the singer
3 - Kill EVERYONE!
Even worse I have a bloke who works for me who whistles like a Budgie on acid to almost every song that comes on the radio 😡
The bit that gets me most is when he says "This songs great" only to whistle like an old kettle over the top of it!
