It's like mother hubbards in our house found a can of strongbow at the back of the fridge polished that of now trying to share mrs sturmey's red wine (she says its wasted on me I just gulp it down) Chicken and roasted veg then might have to try some port or scotch later on. I wish I had remembered to go to the offy.

finished fitting a new middle ring and chain to my bike, dropped the big ring so now running a 22/34 w/o bashguard. Gotta figure out how to stop the mech throwing it off t'other side. my brain says set the thumb shifter to 2 for granny , 3 for middle and let the stops deal with the occaisional shift down to 1 ? ? ? ?
