I despair....Downton Abbey, call the Midwife, Heartbeat...jeez I yearn for Peep Show...or even Bergerac or Midsomer Murders!
I would have thought a young go-getter like yourself, Al, would not be tied down by The Man and his scheduling. Just hit up iPlayer/4OD/LoveFilm etc, you Big Hitting Son-Of-A-Gun.
My Mum, on the other hand, wouldn't know 'on-demand' if it punched her in the face, so she is quite happy with the choices offered.
I'm gonna iplayer some Africa shortly.
It's ok, Top Gear is back next Sunday
Hurrah!
Jamie iplayer etc has yet to hit my tv. I quite like scheduling - I'm too old for this new technology.
F'r'instance I'd watch a David lean epic if it came on telly on a Bank Holiday (they never do) but never get round to watching it on dvd.
I agree. Really wish that more folk would put their used DVDs in the Classifieds!
ebay is your friend cinny

Really? Cool, I didn't there'd be a market for it.
What about Ripper Street? Good quality drama IMO.
Final of the Masters!
The Hotel. Ch. 4.
Watch it once and wonder how they are still in business with such incompetent management.
Amazon marketplace is the place for used DVDs. Much cheapness!
2nd ripper street. Probably the only decent thing on a Sunday night.
Watching, for about the 4067th time, Pirates of the Caribbean, on BBC 3.
Pirates of The Caribbean for me not seen it for ages.
Don't you kidz have Sky+? Its all the rage for when there' s sod all on tv
got a PVR but not organised/YV focussed enough to do much with it beyond Family guy.
Will check out Amazon Market Place, thanks.
But I have just discovered that the latest series of Nurse Jackie is now available on DVD. It's brilliant, black comedy that really is shocking sometimes. ๐ฏ
There will be blood is on 2 at 11, mint filum
Ok I give up. What the **** does 'cloying' mean ๐
Thick and sticky.
They should re-run highway with Harry Secombe.

I shall be Sky+ ing that, probably for viewing next Sunday night
Magaluf Weekender it is then.
Watching "The Grey" , what a pile of shit. 45 mins in and Im now rooting for the giant zombie wolves.
Ed2001 my condolences. This recently graced our dvd player. It was not well received.
road to perdition.
The only thing that has made tonight's tv lstings more unbearable is having been laid up ill for 3 days with little better to do than watch telly and sleep so i have seen half the rubbish already.
Sorry but Sunday night is about the only night I'll sit and watch tv for any length of time (2 hours)
Hawaii 5-0 followed by NCIS:LA
Bit of escapism before returning to the office tomorrow
Luke Nguyen's Greater Mekong cooking / travel show on Sky+ nom nom nom
Iron Man followed by Hellboy II says you are wrong.
I've avoided the TV tonight mainly because we've had a massive argument.
not me and the TV, I should add. Me and my wife.
why are you arguing with the tv Samurai? ah, you edited it!
That was almost hilarious. Speedposting FTW.
channel 5 - Celebrity Big Brother you halfwit..
the 'SpHeidi' season..
do you live in a hole in the ground..?
wake up man
I enjoy watching Countryfile on a Sunday evening if only because it often focuses on parts of the country worth visiting to ride, eg tonight in Exmoor. Makes me chuckle though when you get parts like tonight when they are travelling across country to a remote valley in what is very obviously a Land Rover yet every external shot is of a completely different vehicle ๐
๐ That would be better. At least an argument with the TV could easily be resolved. She'd show me something I liked, our love would continue.
Countryfile/Ripper Street/Hawaii Five 0/ NCIS-LA, plus anything else I've recorded I've yet to catch up on. Works for me, anyway.

Jesus. ๐
Anyone for a book?
Netflix/iPlayer/YouTube/Vimeo only here (via AppleTV). Don't think if want to go back to regular telly - you just end up watching shite.
