I'd be up for that too. Ideally quicker time limits though. Quite how some people can do one move every 48hrs is beyond me. A couple of games in some of those previous tournaments lasted months!

Opponent waits 47.5hrs, moves.
You move.
47.5hrs later...

I’d be up for it. 24hrs should be the max tho. Ideally a total game clock too to keep all games under a week! It’s ridiculous that the 1st tournament is still ongoing 😂

I think 1 day per move should be enough time and it will keep games moving. To allow for things like overnights in the hills with no internet access I will leave the vacation option open. So if you can not make a move within 24hrs you have the option to pause your games.

If you pay an annual or monthly subscription you get auto vacation so Chess.com pauses your games if you are going to lose on time.

Bugger, it's telling me that I can't join as I have too many timed out games in the last 90 days. That was from a tournament I joined and then when it started I found it was some weird format with pieces in all the wrong places so I just let the games expire.

Didn't realise it would then stop me joining any other tournaments. I'm on the naughty step!

Should be a setting on the tournament that @irc can change to allow you to join regardless.
