So, having loaded up the car with bikes, gifts and food and battled our way through the rain to beautiful East Devon, we've discovered that the recipe for Xmas lunch is lying on the dining room table at home :oops:. If anyone has a copy of Gary Rhodes New British Classics to hand would they, could they scan and email me the recipe for roast rack of pork with apricot, apple and sage stuffing? It's near the back under alternative Christmas recipes.
