I'm looking to buy a stubble/beard trimmer and have no idea which ones are any good.
I don't go for the clean shaven look or the full on beard but want something in between
Does anyone on here use them?
Which ones are worth the money?
I use one of them Wahl hair clippers. Loads of attachments so can get the length you want. Works a treat. And if I get bored, can I have a free haircut too.
I brought this one about a month a go, so far been very impressed, very simple to use/ adjust and being able to rinse it under the tap to clean it makes life easy 🙂 ...plus its nice 'n cheap
The BaByliss one is the type of thing I'm looking for as I only need it for the stubble & not for hair cutting
Any others I should look at?
I've had two Philips ones, both of which have been excellent, although now discontinued, so I won't bother posting what model.
(The original one is still going strong, just it got borrowed by another member of the household and I don't want it back now, if you know what I mean).
Hmm the Philips ones have a vacuum feature, nice touch that stops the sink getting messy.
I have a Philips shaver which has been faultless so I'll add that to the list too.
I purchased a BaByliss For Men 7890U i-stubble Trimmer a few weeks back and it is superb. After a bit of research it seems to come up best overall. Can set length anywhere between 0.4mm (shadow) to 5mm with digital display. Battery lasts ages, really consistent cut and no pain at all.
Some reviews here and £39.99 is about as good as it gets. If you want to pick it up from a store, currys are doing the same price at the moment!

I have 2 year old I-stubble which is good but it's easy to accidentally by pass the 'comb' and cut to short when on the longer settings. Like many rechargeable toothbrushes and shavers the battery is carp too and I now can only use whilst plugged in.
I recently bought a BaByliss For Men 7890U i-stubble - it works very well.
Another i-stubble owner here. A bit expensive but I've been very impressed by it so far. nearly went for three one linked by crashbanggg but splashed out in the end. Haven't tried giving it a proper clean yet. Don't think it likes water?
Barber here.
A Wahl Super Taper clipper will last forever but only goes so short.
Wahl Detailer will take it nearly off if you like to be nearly shaved.
Oster Finisher with T head would be the dearest option but they are superb (although look very dated).
