From the BBC website article about Stone Roses additional concert date etc:
"The musicians, now aged between 47 and 48, ..."
So, apart from the fact that I don't see what their age has got to do with anything, what number is it that's between 47 and 48?

They are saying the band members ages range from 47 for the youngest, up to 48 for the oldest.
