Does anyone know if Straightcut are still in business? I'm trying to contact Ross to order a custom bag.

Thanks in advance, D.

@davesport I heard he's had to give it up and return to employment.

He's a friend of a friend, I'll ask more.

Hi Jimmy,  thanks for the heads-up. That's a shame as his bags were absolutely top notch. My wife's Straightcut bag has been eaten by mice :o(

Wish him well from me please.

@jimmy Copied. I've sent Ross a request via his website.

I think the info you need is on their returns / refunds page

"We have ceased production therefore no refunds / exchanges / repairs or warranty claims will be processed. "

although that information would be more pertinent on the front page maybe

Thanks for the updates everyone. Ross's bags were top notch. The one he made for my wife's bike survived daily use, multiple bike packing adventures including NZ. It was mice that eventually got it. We're going to try Scottish Mountain Gear and see if we can get the zips changed.

Many thx, Dave.

Damn. Very sad about that. I have a set of his bags and was looking to add to them in the new year for a new bike.
