Back off to Staveley this weekend for a week with the boys and er in doors...got permission to take the trusty GF Sugar one with !
Now Ive not been riding (off road) for years so am looking for a small route about 90mins max and pretty easy and not to strenuous as I'm out of shape...
My bro says there is a nice ride to Kentmere...

Take a look on the OS map and you'll see a decent loop starting along near the Little Chef (about 1 mile west), old road that heads towards Kentmere.
And last time we went to Wheelbase they didn't sell the 1:25000 OS map for where they are...
