Hello, we're staying near Lelant for a week and the wife's let me take the bike. I'm looking for suggestions for general off road fun routes to cover an hour or 2, some elevation would be welcomed. Thank you.

Your nearest elevation to Lelant are Trencrom and Trink. Haven't lived there since I've been into mountain biking though so I can't tell you if there are any legit routes up there. There are certainly lots of footpaths but I don't know if they are ridden. Check an OS for some bridleways.

Oh and if you're staying anywhere near St Ives Holiday Village then you're right at the foot of Trencrom!
