Evening all

Sorry once again first of all for going over the same old ground, but.

Im looking to re-build my current garage, my pre-fab one needs to be pulled down as it's old, damp and well, knackered.

I'm looking at approx 6m by 3m, no windows, 1 side door but TBH not wanting a garage door however I know (for planning I need it), really good storage etc.

I will be having a TV, DVD etc, bike storage etc.

So does anyone have any ideas, pics etc?,I know this has been done to death and fully understand if you dont want to post you pics for security reasons however I need ideas.

So over to you all and help me plan my Cave.

I'd build it as though its a house; properly insulated etc.

And if you don't actually need a garage door, then just put a fake one in - but I'd probably have a double-width side door.

Not done one but used a few.

Plenty of power and light.
Plumbing for at least a sink and a drain.
Insulated
Easy clean floor
Lots of storage (hanging/roof space possibly)

I am going to do something similar to this ( not quite the same as what you want )

the outside will hopefully look something like this ( if i get it through planning.

it will be made from a existing doube garage with 2 single doors atm.

there is some interesting stuff here.

Same position here. Old greenhouse and rotten shed. Sheds in B&Q are hideous quality
