I feel like I've sprained my ankle, the pain is just above/around the achiles region and it's a bit swollen (cue the missus using the phrase "I can feel when something is swollen" - hilarity ensued)
Thing is, I've not rolled my ankle or owt, put ice on it and all that, but it doesn't seem to be making much difference....... Been like this for about a fortnight
Any ideas??
