Bed for the Scraping - Fugazi. Can't beat it when you're knackered and need a bit of a kick up the backside.

Fountains of Wayne - Bright future in sales

Great song. Always cheers me up and is one of the songs that kind of inspired me to chuck my old job in - it pretty much described my situation around the year 2001!

As for Friday feeling songs - embarrassed to say but Pointers Sisters - Jump/I'm So Excited - 80s-tastic

"Tom Petty and the Heart Breakers - Greatest Hits"

Surprisingly good running music too! Americana-tastic. Tom Petty didn't know how to write a bad song.
