We will be in touch
The rain ,that is.
It's getting a bit much.
That's all
Haven't seen rain for weeks. And before that it hadn't rained for 11 months.
Yeah, I've resorted to drastic measures and opened the emergency box. Any more rain and the cute little bunny rabbit gets it.
Creamegg, wishing I was there. (whereabouts are you? Let me guess,Sahara?)
I'm in Slurrey btw.
Its bloody depressing isn't it? I've arrived home after a couple of recent commutes looking like I've just been through a car wash
ENOUGH NOW!!!! 🙁
Yes. Enough already. And with the coldness. Please. No more.
I've only been out on the bike twice in the last two months 😥

I'm addicted to watching the inevitable massive showers as they approach.

Ahem MTFU? its only water 😛
I like rain as it helps me clean off those shite droppings on my car ... bloody seagulls ...
its only water
I accept the premise of that, but if it's anything like it is round me, excluding one ride that's all track, then all the natural stuff is just a mess and in no way fun... Water just pouring out of the ground. Its gonna take so long for this to dry out...
Thanking god for a well made trail centre up the road right now.
We need the rain. We don't need the chill wind and the hailstorm that sandblasted me while I was riding in thiis morning.
What are your predictions for the summer? I think it will be below-average temps, and wetter than the norm, then a cool autumn and a bitter winter.
I know I could MTFU and go mudd plugging, but I've resisted and decided to play the waiting game. My reasoning being it has to stop at some point and then I will be out on my bike every day! That was two months ago , still waiting...

Sun here in the Northererer.
The bitter arctic winds/rain and fingerless gloves did not make a pleasant commute this morning!
I struggled to type my password on my PC when I got in 😀

The last time we had weather like this (I mean the snow that's been falling today etc) was, apparently, in 1976
Which was rather hot.
Just saying...... 🙂
That may happen, it may not. We'll konow by the autumn. Odds on winter floods anyone?
Rule 9, surely?
Having said that, it stopped just before I left this morning 😀
Full mud guards, cyclo cross tyres and altura attack 3/4 im laughing.
PP - you've just given me hope. lets hope you prove to be correct
I'm not saying I believe it. Because I don't. People just love statistics, especially ones that give us hope. 🙂
It's gotta improve at some point though.
Working from home, looking at water soaked windows with the sun shining through them, a minute ago frozen rain drops were pelting the front of the house.
Proper mental weather and yeah just plain cold out there yesterday.
In some good news: its stopped raining
The not-so-good news? The hailstones are now bouncing off the windows 😥

LOL - just about to post the self same thing.... hailstones the size of garden peas here....
Seems a long time since I got tan lines doing the CVMC on Sunday!
so what you are saying is that i should take the summer tyres off the bike again.
i knew march was twirly.
Sitting in the office, looking out into the car park at my Kona through torrents of rain - unsure as to which will be its demise first - submerging, dissolving or being washed away.
Mother off a hailstorm hit the village (Ashtead) about an hour ago !
... we're all doomed...
