I live in Milton Keynes and have no snow, so I don't really think there is any snow around.

So if you have snow show me your pics to prove it.

Well in Huddersfield we only had a light dusting until this morning - it's proper coming down now. Even though I'm not well I'm going to have to move the car round to the front of the house or I might never get it out when I'm better. Snow earlier this year trapped our Toyota in the back parking space for 2 weeks!!

Photos will have to wait till I get home. Well over a foot in Newcastle this morning. Nice lightning as well.

It's getting a bit silly now though, I'm suprised this hasn't been declared a snowpocalypse on the news but I guess London isn't that bad.

It's very picturesque round here at the mo - but I didn't make it any further than my front garden this morning.
I might go out for a walk at lunchtime.

Thats some amazing snow! Best we managed was about 6" at one point, some has melted since then. This was a shot from the local park:

Posted some photos of the snow here in the photo thread but here is a link: Snow We have since had more than this.

Got up this morning to get the bus as the car is terrible in snow. Made it 7 miles before the bus got stuck and we had to walk the 7 miles back home again as they cancelled all services.

[IMG] [/IMG]

Bus was stuck here, but cars and another bus stuck further round the bend.

I've just spent most of the day sawing up snow fallen timber to clear the road. For a brief spell the sun came out, now its back down to -3C and its snowing again. There is wind with it, so I hope it will shake the snow laden branches clear and not break more.

Rochey,

we never get much snow in MK its like we're in some kind of vaccum, cultural as well as geographical. Last year we got a little but it soon turned to hard ice and then stayed on all the paths for weeks, you dont see them gritting the redways now do you. Yesterdays commute was a laugh though as the snow we had was nice and crisp and you could slide the back end out perfectly on the bike.
