What is the name for tiny pieces of flesh that grow out from the skin, little tiny almost string looking....anyone know ?

Thats it Kingtut! cheers. Got a huge one (tag that is) above my left eye and its getting bigger.
Trust the STW massive to come up with something related to the genital area 😉

3 ways to get rid;
1.waste the docs time.
2.Tie a piece of cotton round the bottom of it (if its big enough) and it should eventually fall off.
3.Or the mans way clip it off with some nail clippers.
I chose option 3 it only bled for a while and all was well.
