Our 1930`s semi, typical layout of stairs behind the front door, one massive tall wall and the normal upstairs and downstairs walls with doors in.

Very rough ballpark figure for skimming please, just so I don't look too shocked when the quote comes in. Ta.

(I know there's a lot of variables, but are we looking at £50 or £5000)

Funny enough, when I totted up wages, materials, business costs, (vans, tools etc) guesses that was the value I came to in my head. 👍

I think I'll stick with being the bass player in a rock and roll band. Sounds less risky.

Like Percy I would go £800 - £900 assuming you've stripped paper off etc and its sound underneath.

Finishing plaster is like bog roll 2 months ago you canny find it, as soon as a pallet is dropped off it's being snaffled
