I'm after a simple free web hosting site where I can load up a single PDF or excel sheet for all to view, one which as I edit the excel sheet I can simply upload and replace the old one.
Any ideas or links to the site/s I want?

Drop box is great for this. You won't even have to upload the file again, you can just work online permanently and keep saving the file when you make changes.

Another handy possibility is Windows Live. Their accounts include collaborative working and server based Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote I think) so even those without the apporopriate programs installed can view and edit them if you want them to.
