I was waiting behind a bus at some traffic lights last night and on the back was a poster advertising a Status Quo concert. It had a picture of Rossi and Parfitt posing with their guitars akimbo and evidently in a state of high amusement at something or other.
Anyway, although I know Rossi lost the pony tail some time ago, I was shocked to see that for those elderly ladies and gentlemen who still cling to the idea that someone, somewhere is keeping the flame of the 1970's alive for them, that hope is now finally extinguished.
It's all over. Parfitt's had a haircut.

It's a 33, but for several reasons it's better at 45. Mostly because it's over quicker.
The haircut may improve the path to his ears? A renaissance comes?
