Firstly what have my saturday nights come to ...posting on a mtb forum about floor paint.

Hey ho

Right shed is up with over engineered concrete floor.

My classic motorbike ( a leaky enfield) is going to be in there so don't want a wooden floor.

I want to paint the floor grey...now I have white masonry paint left over and various black paints...is it too simple to just mix the two together and get a cheap grey floor.

Or will this just not work and not be up to the job?

No, you need floor paint. Masonry paint won't last 5 mins

Proper floor paint, use a roller with a long handle, pour some on floor and roller it out.

Always start from the door and work inwards, and it will dry quicker, also plenty of turps in the first coat will thin it down and enable it to soak into the floor.

Grey is so common go for beige or green, more classy.

Red not grey, then when you drop a washer, you'll be able to see it.

It's a common contractor's question.

What is ?

If I came on here and asked a question about wound care....

Would that make me a surgeon? 🙄

Not sure if that's a lol or not!

Lol yep I'm thinking about doing the same. How would you clean the floor of a dusty garage? Water or just brush?

Start from the back. Haha

Give it a scrub with soapy water or degreaser, then vac once dry. Should be fine
