I'm not really sure what to make of that to be honest. It's one thing for special police units to rehearse certain hostage scenarios but seems strange that teachers and school administrators feel the need to be part of it. I suppose its all part of America's culture of fear which is constantly reinforced by Hollywood and, of course, the all-too-frequent loony going ape with an AR-15.
