Any Series Land Rover owners on the lookout for parts? I'm just exploring at present. I have a 1979 Series 3 SWB which has been in store for a number of years. Engine runs sweetly but inspection has revealed the chassis is completely rotten, which is a pain.

I'm exploring what options I might have, one of which is whether anyone would be interested in it for parts (or even restoration).

It's not MoT'd or taxed (obviously) and is in Kent.

Is there any interest?

Sorry, I must remember to read (in my defence I was looking at it on my phone). I think a new galvanised chassis costs about £900 then it will last forever,
