Evening,

I've got a set of forks on ebay with lots of interest, one guy has come on asking will i post to his country (eastern europe), i replied only UK.

He came back again saying he has bought many itmes from the UK and will pay straight away via paypal. I have only set the postage as £15 which should cover it.

He only has 1 feedback aswell.

I know we all have to start somewhere on ebay but he is the only person to bid so far, but i have over 60 watchers already so really shouldnt have a problem shifting.

I'm just worried if i send the goods and he doesnt recieve them, what about customs taxes/charges etc.

cheers

If he's bought lots of items why does he only have a feedback of 1.

If your not sure, don't send. Its your item after all....

You can send it Airsure which requires a signature. If you've got all the tracking info and it's fully insured then you should be covered - just make sure that the P&P charges are enough to ensure you're not out of pocket.

Personally I limit my sales to the UK, mainly because I think there is less chance of being scammed and also I would find it easier to chase a lost parcel in the UK. That is just my cautious point of view.

Also have sold a few things recently and found most people bid quite late.

It'll cost you over £30 to post. wait until the paypal money has cleared into your current account

just say no, if you have that many watchers you are sure to get a fair price in the UK

def say no. had all that crap before. only sell to uk and dont do anything till money has cleared. i got fake paypal emails and all sorts. luckily i sussed it but got threatening email next asking why i hadnt sent item. just ignore them and report to ebay and paypal if you have any doubts. if you do sell to him make sure cash clears first. good luck
