have the opportunity to secure a great piece of land for a self build project.. however one TINY problem...
no sewage/ waste water provison.. plot isnt big enough to include a septic tank ( they have to be 15m from building) and NO chance of a viable off site opportunity..
any viable solutions that i ve not found..

Google "compost toilet uk". Plenty of options there.
As for your grey water: Potentially a reed bed filtration system, although you'll need a bit of gradient and a pump - 12 or 24volt with solar panels can do the job. By the time the grey water reaches the end of it's journey, it'll be good enough to wash in, some may well say good enough to drink or at least cook with too.
You could talk to the adjacent landowners and negotiate an easement. Just make sure the contract is water tight (sic)!
