I've been in the same job for 14 years, will attain my MSc in next couple of months - seen a job I fancy applying for but not really sure how to start writing a CV - can anyone point me in the right direction?

thanks

Loads of CV advice stuff out there, quick google should suffice. I'd say if you want specific advice then you need to give more info on the type of role (e.g. technical IT) and maybe more info on what you've been doing since starting work (e.g. 14 years in exactly the same role or jsut in the same company with some promotions in that time?).

Mine:
* contact details
* One sentence summary
* 5 or 6 bullets summarising my skills/experiences
* Current post, with dates and a brief summary
* Skills, tailored for job applying for
* Education history, with dates and grades and a summary for each
* Employment history
* Final short section of hobbies and interests

Weighs in at 2 sides of A4.
