Just had a call from the "windows Service Team" offering to fix the issues with my computer, wanted me to log on to a remote access site.
Presumably to get passwords or credit card details? Call me cynical but I can't see Bill paying folk to fix my pc for free....

It's to con you into installing a pile of spyware/trojans on there. Had a lovely heated discussion with them about it when they called me, in hindsight I should have got an IP address or URL out of them so I could have had some fun back.
