MegaSack DRAW - This year's winner is user - rgwb
We will be in touch
I've a small product sheet that came with a set showing alot of the cars available. Next to each picture of the car under the product code are the numbers 1234, with one of them being highlighted i.e. Aston Martin DBR9 is a 3, whilst a BMW wtcc is a 2.
What do they mean? I can't work it out and can't find out on the Scalextric website. It's really bugging me, and I'm sure someone here will know.
Cheers,
Dan.
I have a very vague (and may well be wrong) feeling that it was something to do with the level of magnets in the car, which aid traction.
It`s actually the quarterly figure they give for production. i.e. 1 is the first quarter, 2 is the second etc....So if a car is labelled as 4, then you will not be able to buy it till the end of the year
Trust me ... i know 😉
😀 Well, there you go, something new learned!
Although, this topic has made me go and get all my old Scalextric down from the loft. Woohaa, this is going to be fun!
