Have a satmap and quite pleased. Have an option on a memory map GPS and it looks good. Thoughts please!

Memory Map used to have rather outdated hardware and software like an old PDA. I am really surprised you are thinking of changing to one from a Satmap unless they have brought out something way better in recent times.
In short my thoughts are try before you buy.
