Samsung phone, just getting a message across bottom that says phoned started in safe mode and it constantly trying to start but never dies, it moves to the black screen with Samsung written across as if it's starting and then back to other screen
Any ideas how to get it working

Power and volume down key held down to boot up I think.
Samsungs go a bit weird when the battery is kippered if that's a possibility.
