Well if it's galvanised I doubt whether it's that rusty.

Sounds like a bargain to me - specially if he throws in that stack of paving slabs too.

I would inspect first.

Maybe I'm missing something here but I can't see anything wrong with the shed and I don't see any rust.

Have you linked to the wrong item?

What do they cost new? If it is in decent condition that could be a good deal, far more secure than a wooden shed. I'd take a look at it before buying, it's rather obscured in the picture.
