I think you'll find I already have: twice on this occasion, and I think I also pulled you up on it last time you played this very irrelevant card.

I think you bought it up tbh. Whats you view by the way, despite what you say you havent answered.

Not sure you can say that gouging was unequivocal, caught his eye for sure but it could have been accidental... prop was lucky to not get a yellow for his reaction.

Lucky? Not just lucky. Incorrect decision from the ref. Never mind though. Plenty time left.

That was the lucky bit ๐Ÿ˜‰ not so happy this end about how much time is left... perhaps unreasonably nowadays, but still worry about Italy fading in the last 20.

there's always a sense of inevitable doom that hangs around any rugby team that's spent the week before the game trying to intimidate an Irish by trash talking their physicality.

Reference the commentator, were cheap shots really an expected part of the game? Not by me, anyhow.

Well we've got the drink-driving-buggie-stealing numptie at Sale this season so lets see if there are any reports of drunken Welshmen playing dodgem cars around the Edgeley precinct in the coming months!

+1

When I was learning to play, we were always told that there was plenty of scope for getting physical within the rules - cheap shots were regarded as an indication of a failing of character. Mind you that was in the good old days when it was still legitimate to get someone out of the way at a ruck with a bit of enthusiastic 'cleaning'!

I think you'll find I've never said England are a great side in this tournament - their performances have been far from it. I was interested how the haterz were happily slagging off England, whilst missing the most cogent point: that it was actually Scotland who lost.

Anyway, I'll leave you to your childish sulking and watch what looks like it could be a great performance from Wales. C'mon Cymru!

Zokes - just meant as a reminder. All fans tend to be a bit one eyed about their team and I can't be bothered to go back thru loads of posts but these two bits show a bit of the attitude you seem not to have realised you are showing.

And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?

Morning everyone.

Can you all please give it a rest? If you hate England/the English/Wales/the Welsh/Scotland/the Scots etc i don't care, just shut the F up with all the whinging will you!

Agreed

TJ you're one of the worst for the comments.

really? no whinging or hating from me. Can you be bothered to look out comments I have made that show hating or whinging? I certainly intend neither.

TJ, for whatever reason your entire persona has a tendency to come across as bitter and anti-English, it sometimes appears you are trying to outdo the Native Scots in their occasional dislike of anything English, suppose there's nothing more fanatical than the convert...

It's tandem's Scotland can do no wrong attitude that demonstates his english background to me. ๐Ÿ˜›

Never my intent Muddydwarf and I bet you cannot find a post that actually says either of those two things. However I couldn't be bothered to look for one in your shoes.

Nae worries.

Maybe it's more your desire to show Scotland to be better in all areas than England rather than any overt desire to do England down, but it does come across that way.

Looking good Ireland. (I missed the first half, was watching the boxing)

Will A-A be along soon to go on & on & on about the dirty play. I mean D'Arcy lead with the forearm! There was a eye gouge!
Or does he only do that about England players?
