Does anyone on here use DMO and having problems with printing labels in the new format label, particularly with a Zebra 2844Z printer?
I have checked online that the printer is configured correctly which it appears to be.
I have lost the will to live after been on hold for 30 mins+ with RM every time I call their helpline

Havnt royalmail changed the label format to the same size as what parcel force use? Something like twice the label size
