Hello all
I’m in the process of looking for a relatively cheap rowing machine. What’s the ‘best’ resistance method, air or magnetic?
I’ve read that air is more akin to actual rowing (due to more force applied = more resistance). However magnetic is a lot quieter.
I’m leaning towards the magnetic for the noise alone, will I be missing a trick?
