Now then, as my lodger is moving out soon is anyone interested in renting a room in New Mills close to Manchester?
Cracking area for biking, climbing, running....
£325 per month (although I'm open to offers). Includes all bills and wireless internet etc.
Double room in three story town house with cellar good for storing bikes etc. House is equipped with large kitchen, dining room, lounge and small back yard.
You'd have to be a non-smoker and put up with my cat Lucy who is very affectionate and occasionally needs feeding when I'm away. I have another cat called Dave, he's good for wrestling with!

Frodo - don't want to rent a room but if your ever up fancy meeting up for a nightride let me know - there is a small group of New Millians who ride usually on a Wed/Thurs eve.

Swadey, previous tenant paid £320 a month if that helps. He paid weekly so £325 just makes the maths easier!
