Going to be four adults and two littluns for Xmas day. Don't want a bird as I think there is too much wastage. Want a rolled turkey breast (he he) but not sure of weight to get. Definitely want some left over for nibbles!
Any recommendations.

where are you getting it from? ask or im sure its writen on the box.
how much left overs?
portion size must be 100-300gs so work it out!

My butcher recommended a 4lbs turkey crown for 4 adults on Christmas Day and same again Boxing Day.

I would go with 400g raw weight per person and you should have plenty .
