Remember when reverb came out, and for no apparent reason rockshox decided that they needed a weird hydraulic system, with a master cylinder you had to push straight in an not snap or bend, which was quite heavy on the thumb, pretty expensive, and a pain in the chuff to maintain?

Wild times..

Buying a basic Brand X Ascend was cheaper than getting mine serviced/fixed in the end (several years ago) and i got to "upgrade" to a light push cable driven actuator, in a longer and lighter post, for less money than the service cost.

Question is, what do i do with Three (no. 3) old reverbs iuve accumulated some how, all of which could use a an IFP service (no ones likes a saggy bottom)?

with the availability of better cheaper units, i kind of feel like theyre scrap value now , but seems pretty wasteful.

ebay, as is, no reserve?

I had a gen 1 external Reverb and it was a amazing at the time, but it didn't take long before the dreaded sag appeared. It ended up having other issues so got it warrantied then the replacement sagged even worse. Sold it with the bike it was on swore off them ever since.

eBay with no reserve would be my choice.
