Nom, nom, nom.  Didn’t know they were so easy to do or tasty to eat.

Boil 10mins in salty water , dry them,  sprinkle with garlic olive oil, salt and chilli flakes, roast for 20mins or so.  Done.

90% good to eat with the shell on.

We coated in olive oil then paprika, roasted and a little sprinkle of salt.

Still got another batch to go so may try your recipe.

Did mine in salt, olive oil and soy sauce. Oh my goodness, they’re delicious, the family downed 2 big pumpkins worth in one evening.

didn't do any oil on mine. Cleaned, dried on a kitchen roll, mixed with salt/pimenton/chilli flakes. Slow cold roast for 20 minutes.

Outstanding. Incredibly more-ish

I folded them into roasted squash, with garlic, Roquefort and ham. Very nice indeed.

My favourite bread here in Germany is covered in pumpkin seeds. Köstlich!

So I roast my pumpkin seeds and set them in a bowl in the counter. I then decided to feed the dog and set his bowl next to the seeds bowl. I put the dog food into the pumpkin seeds. Brilliant! Rescued some but the family refuse to eat them now.

Butter, sugar and cinnamon is great if you want a sweet option

180c check after 10 mins, don’t over roast as they go dry and bitter.
