Give me some decent recipes for roast duck please. Have got a monster that needs cooking tonight. All suggestions for what to do with the giblets would be appreciated too!

I think there's a delia recipe that involves a port and marmalade glaze, and having tried it a few times I can say it really works.
Basically, you get orange zest and juice, marmalade, port, reduce them in a pan til it's reasonably sticky, and paint it onto the duck.
Then do the roasties as normal; add a bit more juice and port to the leftover glaze to make a jus to pour over the finished duck. I'm slobbering just thinking about it...
