How often does this happen...

I pull out to overtake a car doing 60ish on a dual carriage way, I'm doing 70mph (cruise). When I overtake he then creeps up his speed to about 75 and runs alongside me on the inside. A car then tailgates me. What do you do?

Just tuck back in, he's at 75 now and you are at 70

Always have a mixture of runny poo and urine in a bayg ready, to lob out the window at such people.

Or stale vomit.

What Fred said. You do of course carry all these substances with you in your own internal bags at all times anyway. It's no great difficulty to produce them at will.

Especially if while you're overtaking, someone comes the other way.

My fav are the ones that permanently sit in outside lane and are always in your blindspot when you come to a lorry. Or even better are the ones that think it's clever to pull out one second before you do and box you in. I just pretend I can't see them and swerve a little.

The best ones are the ones that undertake on a section of road with roadworks. Like the two girls in the Corsa yesterday on the M25. They didn't seem to notice that I was indicating to come in after overtaking, but had used the gap to slice through the traffic.

I was not impressed, but they carried on their way chatting and laughing like nothing had happened.
