Very sad- have to say I wasn't a massive Cardiacs fan but they influenced a lot of bands that I love and that's probably better.

I met Tim quite a few times over the years as we had mutual friends, also a nice bloke and interesting and fun to talk with. very entertaining live band. also of the Sea Nymphs, more relaxed but also brilliant live. Join the plakton.
A very talented bloke capable of writing music that doesn't sound like anything much else. From the description of his illness I'm glad he isn't suffering any longer.
Fantastic live band, will be missed. RIP
