Unless someone decides to take the metereological equivalent of a blowtorch to the Highlands there will be snow up in Aviemore in February.

Aye - forest tracks are snow-free but hard with frost. Pretty much perfect.

It will snow for 37mins on the 2nd of feb and then again for 4hrs 19 mins on the 16th.
If you want to ride then the trails at Inshriach will be fine at 1.46am for approx 93 mins on the 8th and again at 4.14pm on the 19th for 26 seconds. But only if you have a beard.

hth

Whattyres, how much is your usual stake when you go to the bookies to bet on a white christmas? And do you usually win?
