Hi all,
I have to reply to a lot of emails (paypal payment notifications) with the same email (just to say the order has been dispatched).
Is there an easy way to type a standard reply and select it when replying to email using Google Mail?

Create a draft email and then forward it on when needed?
Too much hassle as I would have to copy their email address to the draft each time I'm guessing?
IIRC there is a 'canned responses' feature in Gmail Labs that might be what you're looking for.

Was wondering if there's a Paypal merchant tool where you can set the order as despatched & it fires an email - like on ebay.
