Im after a (240v) relay that can take two remotely switched live inputs (from two separate sources - i.e. both could be live simultaneously) and produce a switched output. I would like it in a plastic wall mounted box.

What am I looking for?

I know I could use a CH wiring centre with multiple channels, but since I only need 2 channels in and one out, Im sure I can do it cheaper than a wiring centre.

Any reason why you can't just connect the two outputs together?...

You are effectively after Inclusive OR functionality?

You could, but then you have tied both circuits so that if one goes live it also switches on whatever the other one is...

You just want two relays in parallel, connected outputs, separate inputs.

What current are you looking to switch ? And frequency of relay operation ?

I guess it would help if you told us what you were looking to control.

Check that your signal source can provide enough current to energise the coil of your chosen relay, you may need a interposing relay to boost the current. Is your signal 240 ACV as well as the load you are switching? What is the current draw on the load you are switching?

Here is your starting point.

Ive been a bit of a div.

I already have a pair of relays switching a pump (from two sources - one a thermostat, the other is the solar controller) so there's no reason I cant just add a third relay for the third source (another thermostat).

Thanks all. I will go and check the spec of the relays I have and get another one. hmmm. I wonder if I bought a spare last time.....

Im going to need another placky box though.
Cheers for the help all.
