My grandma is out of hospital hopefully on Monday. Sadly she's not got long left and we are taking it in turns to care for her in her last few weeks. At the end of this week I'm going to be between jobs so I am staying a few nights with her and she has requested we watch a few films like we used to (she had a big hand in bringing me and I'm getting copies of things we used to watch) I'm taking a DVD player so these need to be discs not downloaded. We watched a film which she enjoyed a few Christmases ago called 'two brothers' about some tiger cubs. Any suggestions like that please or black beauty that kind of thing. Nothing with bad language or anything animated.

That one with Jeff Daniels as the dad of the girl who adopts a flock of geese that can't fly.

It's not animation in the Pixar sense, but if you can overcome the animation thing together, this is a beautiful short story that would seem to suit. (It is available on DVD)
