I'm going to hit the gym a bit harder for a while and fancy helping things along with some protein supplement.

Usually this makes me chuff pretty bad. Any recommendation for something a bit easier on the gut?

am currently trying out some Maxifuel stuff. Tastes nice, and no windy feedback so far.

MILK - good old plain milk. semi skimmed or fully skimmed.

imo - as good or even better than most of the factory made rubbish.

I would think this is rather like bike saddles. One person will get a different result than another. I personally have found no problem with SIS Rego and think it tastes not bad. The only other one I have tried is For Goodness Shakes. No wind problems but flavourless and unpalatable to me.

These suggestions bar the milk are recovery drinks. A protein drink is what I'm after.

Past experience of the maximuscle stuff was always good...

Another for the maximuscle, I used cyclone as a recovery/post gym drink and found very good results.

Also tried a few others but found them less effective

Dried apricots are good for causing wind. Probably the best in fact.
