has anyone got any recommendations the above? I've a wall that needs knocking down and a lintel adding. After that I might need a kitchen fitter to put a new kitchen in to the now enlarged room.
Is it as simple as knocking the wall down and adding a lintel and should the builder be able to sort out the size of lintel or will I need a structural engineer?
Old Victorian house if that makes a difference.
